If you are into development you know what we are talking about. Delphi 7 was the last decent version of this great tool released by Borland (before turning it into a bad copy of VB). This is a Lite version with several tools and improvements:

Does this version support unicode?
I don't know what you mean mate, but this is a full version of Delphi 7.

Unicode is not supported until Delphi 2009
anything that works on the newest version of delphi can work on delphi 7, you just need time and patients and if you dont have that then you are not a serious coder.
