Soya escallops

Ingredients
1 Pack of soya cutlets (I find these in most Polish shop, the one I used they are sold in tesco in the polish corner)


1 Glass of strong red wine (The ideal would be marsala but in this case I used some porto)

Flour and butter.

Cook the cutlets as explained in this post

Once they are cold coat them with flour.


Fry a nice chunk of butter and add the cutlets, turn them when they get golden.
Add the wine and let it evaporate until you get a nice caramelized sauce on your cutlets.
